At Instill Learning, we prioritize your satisfaction with our Courses / Training / Services. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a Courses / Training / Services taken on Instill Learning, you have a 7-day window to request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.  

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

1. Within 7 Days:
The refund request must be initiated within 7 days of the course purchase date.
2. Course Completion:
Refunds will be considered if the course has not been completed or the completion rate is below 50%.
3. Reasonable Use:
Refund requests must be based on genuine dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery.

We are Protecting Instructors and Establishing a Fair Payment Schedule for Refunds. To balance the needs of students and instructors, our refund policy ensures fairness for all parties involved.

Instructor Payment Schedule:
1. Payment Timing:
Instructors are compensated within 10 days of a successful course purchase.  
2. Refund Turnaround Time:
Upon approval of a refund request, we aim to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account within 5-8 working days.
